12-Month Warranty on Aftermarket Turbochargers.
All aftermarket turbochargers sold by TurbosDirect are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. Under this warranty, TurbosDirect may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace it, or issue a refund.

You must contact us before returning any product so we can assess the issue and provide the appropriate solution. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
This Warranty Will Not Apply in the Following Situations.
Damage, Loss or Destruction
The product has been damaged, lost, or destroyed through no fault of TurbosDirect.
Misuse or Improper Operation
The product has been misused, abused, neglected, or operated under abnormal or improper conditions.
Contrary to Instructions
The product has been installed or used contrary to TurbosDirect or manufacturer instructions.
Example: the turbo oil feed line is not inspected, cleaned, or replaced during installation.
Accident or External Damage
The product has been involved in an accident or external damage incident.
Incorrect Installation, Modification or Repair
The product has been damaged as a result of incorrect installation, modification, or repair.
Examples: installation not performed by a qualified mechanic/workshop, or liquid gasket/sealant used on oil inlet/outlet.
What Happens After a Warranty Claim Is Lodged.
Product Returned for Assessment
Once a warranty claim is lodged and the product has been returned to our turbo shop, the assessment process can begin.
Inspection Within 1–2 Business Days
Inspection will be completed within 1–2 business days of receiving the product.
Assessment Result Notified
You will be notified of the assessment results via email or phone.
If the warranty claim is rejected, the product can be returned to you upon request. Return shipping costs will apply but will not exceed the original shipping cost.

- Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Labour costs are not covered under this warranty, including costs related to removal, installation, diagnostics, or mechanical services.
- Warranty is void if proper installation and maintenance procedures are not followed at the time of installation.
